The CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. It is one of the two main components that make up an IndraDyn drive controller. The other main component is a power section. Usually the control section is supplied as part of a fully configured drive controller. However, Bosch does provide separate control sections if required. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW includes the starting lockout safety feature. This safety feature is intended to provide protection from unintentional motor start-ups in the event of a fault. This feature ensures that the different working areas of a machine or plant are securely switched off. Each CSC01.1 series control section can support three plug in modules. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW features an encoder module with EnDat 2.1 interface. Two module slots are available and can be used for additional plug-in modules if required.
Master communication on the CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is Multi-Ethernet. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section which is also configurable. The firmware for the device has to be ordered separately. This is because different firmware versions are available and the firmware selected for the control section should be one that supports features that are required by the customer application. The control panel on the CSH01.1C-ET-EN2-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is a standard unit which includes a single-line display and a four-button keypad. The keys on the control panel can be used to trigger simple commands and call up extended diagnoses. Improper use of the device, failure to follow safety instruction, tampering with the device including disabling of safety features can lead to property damage, injury, electric shock or even death. Therefore, it is highly recommended that only qualified and trained technical personnel be allowed to install and operate the device.
