The Bosch Rexroth CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is an advanced control section for IndraDyn drives. Both the hardware and software for the control section are modular which provides for great flexibility and suitability for a wide range of applications. The firmware is available with support for different feature sets. The firmware has to be ordered separately. The control section hardware has three slots for plug-in modules and one slot for a safety option. Two slots for plug in modules on the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW are empty. The option 1 slot contains an encoder HSF/RSF module. The empty module slots can be used for different plug-in modules that include analog input modules, analog output modules, digital input modules, digital output modules, SERCOS module, DeviceNet module, resolver modules, and encoder modules. The safety option slot contains a module that supports starting lock-out.
The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is configurable and supports Multi-Ethernet master communication. The control panel on the control section is standard. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW is not compatible with a comfort control panel. Accessories for control sections include fiber optic cables for SERCOS connection, signal level converters for encoder emulation that adjust the voltage level at MEM module output to 5 to 30 Volts range, D-sub to terminal connector adapter which is a universal adapter for safety technology and signal level converter for converting from RS-232 to RS-485. Bosch has manufactured the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW with energy- and resource-optimized production processes that allow re-using and recycling of the resulting water. Bosch regularly tries to replace pollutant-loaded raw material and supplies with environmentally friendly alternatives. Bosch products can be returned to its premises for disposal free of charge. However Bosch requires that returned products be free of oil, dirt or grease.
