Using the internationally-recognized Multi-Ethernet interface, the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW communicates with the drive system and it can be integrated into networks such as Sercos III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT. It features an HSF/RSF encoder interface for MHD and MKD motors and an interface for the EnDat 2.1 (1 Vpp/TTL) encoder. Digital and analog I/O outputs integrated into the control section are an added benefit for communication with higher control systems. For the expansion of this function, digital and analog input-output extensions and encoder emulation outputs are also available on the device.
Information on the operating state of the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW and error memory can be accessed on the machine using its standard control panel. This control panel has a single-line display and four keys with which the control section can be operated. According to IED 61800-3 standards, it is a category C3 device designed for operation in industrial areas. Measures of radio interference suppression like the use of line filters is encouraged if it is used in a public, low-voltage mains for residential areas. Only recommended line filters by Bosch Rexroth should be used with the control section in such cases.
