Control sections of the CSH01 series by Bosch Rexroth are system elements of the Rexroth IndraDrive system. They are built into the power section of the drive controllers and can be ordered separately or as part of the system. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is a model of control sections in the CSH01 series that is used to specifically operate the HMD01 series of drive controllers.
The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW features a basic control circuit board with interfaces. It is an advanced, configurable control section with a single axis that uses Multi-Ethernet as its master communication module. Multi-Ethernet allows the drive controller to be integrated in Ethernet field bus systems like SERCOS III, EtherCAT and ProfiNet. Encoder interfaces on it include one for Encoder HSF/RSF and one for EnDat 2.1 Encoder (1 Vpp/TTL). This model also features a digital input-output extension and Safe Motion with a certified SIL 3/cat. 3 PL d rating. A standard control panel can also be used for operating the device and running diagnostics for fault checks.
The standard control panel of the CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-EN2-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is not suited for hot plug so it should only be plugged in before the drive controller is switched on. In addition, it should only be used as recommended by Bosch Rexroth in applications such as handling and mounting systems, machine tools, printing machines, paper processing machines, and food and packaging machines.
