The CSH01.1C-CO-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section for IndraDrive systems. It is an advanced control section that is also configurable. The standard control panel allows monitoring of parameters, errors and warnings. The keys on the control panel can be used to execute simple commands. Setting that can be made from the control panel include setting of the drive address, setting the position data reference, viewing the error memory and setting of the analog outputs. The CSH01.1C-CO-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW comes with the safe torque off safety feature. This feature turns off the power on the drive output to prevent the motor from producing torque. This safety feature is considered an emergency stop method that allows the motor to coast to a stop. Three optional modules can be installed on the control section. However the CSH01.1C-CO-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW does not feature any optional modules.
Bosch develops multiple firmware for IndraDyn controllers that support different sets of features. For this reason the firmware for the CSH01.1C-CO-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW has to be ordered separately from the hardware. The CSH01.1C-CO-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW mounts on a power section. Only trained personnel should mount or dismount the control section. For a drive controller, the control section should not be mounted and dismounted more than 20 times. Electrostatic charges can damage the control section. Therefore ESD precautions should be followed when working on the unit. Conductive packaging should be used during transport of the unit. Master communication on the CSH01.1C-CO-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW is CANopen/DeviceNet. A type plate is attached to the CSH01.1C-CO-NNN-NNN-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW which includes the part number, serial number, bar code and hardware index. The firmware type plate – which is also located on the control section – includes the bar code, type, factory identifier and serial number.
