Product Description
As a user of Bosch Rexroth products, there are many things that you stand to gain but a major benefit is hitch-free operation of machinery for the best results. This is because Bosch Rexroth adopts future-proof technological interventions for the design and manufacture of their drive systems. The CSH01 family of control sections are part of the components that make up the Rexroth IndraDrive system, used for the operation of electric motors. They are usually plugged in to the power section of the controller and would typically be delivered as a component of the complete controller device, but they can also be ordered separately.
The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW is an ADVANCED, configurable, single-axis drive control section with multiple digital and analog input-output interfaces. Its operation can be carried out at varying pulse width modulation (PWM) frequencies including 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz and 16 kHz. The master communication option of the control section is CANopen/DeviceNet. It is equipped with the IndraDyn Encoder with Hiperface interface (1 Vpp/TTL), encoder emulation, and analog I/O extension interfaces. The safety technology option here is Safety Torque Off with a certified SIL 3/cat. 3 PL e rating to prevent the device from generating torque.
For the storage of the device parameters and operating data, the CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-MA1-L2-S-NN-FW uses an optional PFM02.1 multimedia card. This card can also be used for the exchange and transfer of information on the control section. It uses a standard control panel featuring a single line display and sturdy keys for setting up and operating the device. The control panel also has diagnostic functions along with coloured LEDs that serve as indicators for various operating states.
