The CSH01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW advanced control section offered by Bosch Rexroth depicts a standard control panel and no specific design. This product utilizes a CANopen/DeviceNet interface with a spring terminal for its master communication. This interface also has a dual colored LED that lights up in red when there is an error and illuminates in green when it is in an error-free state. The option modules of this section are fitted on the X4, X8, X10 and X41 connectors. The X41 connector is dedicated to connecting the safety option. The device can be configured according to user requirements. The unit has no encoder on its third option module.
The product supports both analog and digital I/O extensions. The analog extension helps to ensure that the control section features analog channels with 12 bits resolution. The X32 and X31 connectors of this device are used for the analog and digital outputs/inputs with AWG 20-14 wire connections. The digital I/Os require a supply voltage to be connected externally for proper operation. Its digital I/O extension option is a D-Sub connector with 25 pins. Pins 14 to 25 of this connector are used for the digital input signals. The power supply for both the input and output signals are connected to the Pin 7 and Pin 3 respectively.
The S1 switch on the master communication interface can be moved upwards to activate the CANopen functionality. The DeviceNet functionality gets activated when the switch is moved downwards. The control section is positioned inside a power section. The product has an overall height of 241mm. Its fifth digital input is set to function as a home switch in the factory setting. The device encompasses two-position control as well as velocity control cycle times. The section is available with warranty backup support for one year and can be transported to your preferred destination.
