With the futuristic design of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth, automation solutions have become safe and more efficient. In this drive system, control and drive components are integrated to improve cost efficiency and enhance better communication. Among the control units of the Rexroth IndraDrive system is the CSH01 series. The CSH01 family consists of versatile, ADVANCED control units with multiple encoder interfaces as well as analog and digital inputs and outputs. They are suitable for high-performance operations, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW ADVANCED control unit is a single-axis, configurable model which is compatible with the HMS, HCS02, and HCS03 series of drive controllers. It is also the best-suited platform for the IndraMotion MLD-S drive-based solution that is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its communication with the system is by the CANopen/DeviceNet master communication, and its encoder interfaces include one for EnDat 2.1 (1 Vpp/ 5V TTL) and an encoder emulation output interface for precise position feedback. This control unit model is equipped with safety technology I/O, but this is only allowed if the encoder interface is connected with a suitable encoder. Its control panel is a standard plug-in panel with a single-line display.
Operation of the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW can be done at multiple pulse width modulation (PWM) frequencies up to 16 kHz. Its control voltage rating is a DC voltage of 24V. Without optional modules, its power consumption and continuous current values are 6W and 0.25A, respectively. There is also an optional MultiMediaCard PFM02.1 slot on this ADVANCED control unit for the reading and storage of data such as drive parameters and operating information.
