The CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-MEM-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW is an advanced control unit from Bosch Rexroth. It is designed to meet the highest demands in dynamics and performance and supports a variety of encoder interfaces and control communications. This unit features digital and analog I/Os that are integrated for high-level control systems. Generally, CSH01.1C advanced control sections can be embedded with safety technology, as per EN 62061 and EN 13849-1. In the case of the CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-MEM-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW, there is no integrated safety technology. This unit has a power consumption of 7.5 W.

Advanced control sections from Bosch Rexroth Indramat are ideal for IndraMotion MLD units and drive-integrated programmable logic controllers (PLC). These units can be executed via the IndraWorks engineering tool, and a PC, except standard operator panels, is used. The CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-MEM-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW has three (3) encoder options and features a multimedia card slot. It leverages the CANopen, DeviceNet control communication interface, and its option one (1) encoder is the RSF/HSF type. In addition, the option two (2) encoder of this control section is the emulation type, and option three (3) is the digital I/O extension with an SSI encoder interface.

The CSH01.1C-CO-EN1-MEM-MD2-NN-S-NN-FW is embedded with a standard control panel with a single-line display. Before operating this unit, the control panel must be plugged in to facilitate its connectivity. The standard control panel must not be disconnected or plugged in when the control section is in operation for safety reasons.
