The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-PB-NN-EM-NN-FW is a unique industrial control device designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of electrical motors by appropriately amplifying electrical signals to generate a motor response proportional to the configuration parameters which have been predetermined by the industrial operator. This control device is unlike convectional industrial control devices as it combines existing motor control knowledge with novel technological designs; this makes it particularly flexible and cost-effective in operation. The housing of the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-PB-NN-EM-NN-FW is also designed with high metal content; it can be easily recycled once it is no longer useful as a control device. The housing of this controller also features special silts through which cool air can enter and leave the controller easily.
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-PB-NN-EM-NN-FW industrial controller is not supplied to the operator with a firmware module; it is the operator's responsibility to make a separate order for the firmware as a separate sub-unit. To ensure quick and easy start-up when this industrial controller is required for operation, Rexroth Indramat has integrated a special memory card into the housing of the control unit; this card holds important operational information for the control unit even when it is not actively connected to a power supply system.
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-PB-NN-EM-NN-FW industrial control device is designed to operate for more than five years without breaking down or requiring any major repair operation; however, in the event of any mechanical brake down, operators should ensure only Rexroth Indramat personnel or other well-trained operators are allowed to handle the repair operation of the controller. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-PB-NN-EM-NN-FW industrial controller should also be regularly cleaned and maintained to prevent the build-up of dirt, which can interfere with the operation of the controller.
