Product Description
The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-NW is a digital control section for IndraDrive controllers from Bosch Rexroth. Bosch offers different types of control sections that differ in configurability, interface and cycle times. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-NW includes an integrated Multi-Ethernet interface. The unit can be configured from a standard control panel but not from an advanced control panel. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-NW has three optional slots. Integrated I/Os include 11 digital inputs, two digital probes, five digital inputs/outputs with arbitrary settings and two analog outputs. The supported cycle times depend on the firmware version: the available options for current control are 62.5/ 125 microseconds, the available options for velocity control are 125 / 250 microseconds, the available options for position control are 250 / 500 microseconds and the available options for communication are 250 / 500 microseconds.
Optional modules that are installed on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-NW include two multi-encoder interface modules, a safe motion safety module and a digital/analog I/O extension module. The unit is designed for single-axis control applications and measures 241 x 49 x 103 millimeters. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-NW draws 17 Watts at 24 Volts DC from the controller power section. The multi-encoder module draws 1.1 Watts of power and the safe motion module draws 2.5 Watts of power. Accessories for the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-NW include safety zone module that enables establishment of a safety zone with up to 26 drive units and control module for inductive loads. The connection points on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-DA-NN-NW are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. Spring terminals can be wired with or without ferrules. Wires with ferrules should be used for screw terminal blocks. It should be ensured that all strands of a stranded wire are properly placed in the funnel of the connector. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
