The Bosch Rexroth CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-L3-EM-NN-AW is a digital control section. It is one of the two primary components of an IndraDrive controller. The control section mounts on a power section, which is the second primary component of an IndraDrive controller. The drive controllers from the IndraDrive product range are suited to industrial applications such as printing and processing machines, packaging and food machines and machine tools. The drive controller has to be configured prior to commissioning. For an individual controller, the number of times that the control section can be mounted or dismounted should not exceed 20. This is required to ensure that both the power section and control section are protected from damage. Moreover, the mounting or dismounting should only be performed by personnel who are specially trained by Bosch for this activity.
The drive controllers should only be used with accessories and parts that are specified by Bosch in the product documentation. Operation of the controller is only permitted in the specified configurations and combinations of components and with the firmware as specified in the relevant functional descriptions. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-L3-EM-NN-AW is suited to single-axis control applications. Master communication on the device is Multi-Ethernet. The integrated option on the device is a multi-encoder interface. the option modules that are installed include safe torque off which is a safety feature, encoder emulation and another multi-encoder interface. The control section firmware has to be ordered separately from the hardware. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-L3-EM-NN-AW is designed for vertical mounting. The power consumption of the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-L3-EM-NN-AW is 17 Watts at 24 Volts DC. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-L3-EM-NN-AW is only compatible with a standard control panel.
