The CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section. Bosch has developed the device for drive controllers from the IndraDrive series. The control section is supplied as part of an assembled drive controller that also includes a power section and firmware. The type labels attached to the drive controller contain information that assist with equipment identification. The information on the type labels also assists at the time of ordering of replacement equipment or accessories. When supplied as individual components, the control section has to be manually plugged in to the power section. The power draw of only the CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is 8 Watts. The power draw of the modules installed on the control section i.e. IndraDyn encoder and encoder emulation are 6 Watts and 2 Wats respectively, and the power draw of the safety module i.e. with starting lockout is 2 Watts.
The CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is compatible with a standard control panel. This type of control panel is not hot pluggable and therefore needs to be connected before the control section is powered on. A single RS-232 interface on the CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW can also be used to communicate with a programming PC. The integrated master communication interface on the CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is SERCOS which uses fiber-optic communication for data exchange between network devices. The CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW is only designed for industrial applications. Inappropriate or non-approved use of the device can cause equipment damage and injury to personnel. The liability for any damages resulting from inappropriate use will not be accepted by the manufacturer. Personnel involved in any way with the CSB01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-L1-S-NN-FW must first read and understand all relevant safety instructions. Product hardware must not be modified in any way and product software must not be decompiled. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
