Bosch Rexroth excels at designing and manufacturing some of the most innovative drive and motion control products available in the global drive market. Some of them can be found in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system as highly functional components. The single-axis control sections of the CSB01 series are prime examples of these. They belong in the BASIC UNIVERSAL control section range.
The CSB01.1C-S3-ENS-EN1-L1-S-NN-FW is a configurable single-axis control section in the CSB01 series by Bosch Rexroth. It features a sercos III communication module which is used for high-precision motion control. It is the Ethernet-based version of sercos II and meets the IEE 802.3 standard. This control section also has a standard encoder evaluation interface for connecting encoders that require a supply voltage of 12V. They include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoders (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 or Hiperface, the encoder system of the MSK IndraDyn S servo motors, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.
Another interface on the CSB01.1C-S3-ENS-EN1-L1-S-NN-FW is the Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface. It is built for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. Its safety module is starting lockout, and it complies with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1. This control section also features a standard control panel for performing functions like setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, accessing the error memory, and running diagnostics. The IndraWorks software for PC can also commission the control section. It supports the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately from the manufacturer. Its recommended maximum ambient temperature is 45oC. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
