The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system comprises revolutionary drive controllers and motion control units. Together with a power section, the control unit forms the vital components of a drive controller. These drive controllers are used in single and multi-axis drive and control tasks. Furthermore, with the use of additional sensors and actors, the operation of a drive controller can be regulated and monitored. Also, by configuring a drive controller, they are enabled to perform specific functions in various machines. These machines include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, machine tools, and printing and paper processing machinery.
The CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW belongs to the CSB01 control section series. Typical of other control units in this series, it is configurable and suited for double-axis drive operations. For a communication option, it uses a parallel interface. This module has 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, which are galvanically isolated from the control section. With the use of a standard encoder system, the evaluation of encoder systems such as the encoder system of IndraDyn S motors, a sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with reference track, and a sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with a Hiperface interface is enabled.
