The Bosch Rexroth CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is a digital control section for IndraDrive controllers. It belongs to the category of basic universal control sections that are designed for single axis applications. The master communication interface on the CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is a parallel interface. This interface contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. The inputs/outputs are galvanically isolated from the control section and for each input/output group require power which is supplied via the corresponding 24 Volts DC connection. The power supply of the four groups refers to the common 0 Volt connection. Each basic universal control section has three slots: two are for optional modules and one slot is for a safety module. The optional modules installed on the CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW are analog I/O extension and encoder IndraDyn. This encoder module supports the Hiperface protocol. The CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW is configurable and works with a standard control panel. This type of control panel does not support hot swap. Therefore it must be connected and disconnected from the control section when the control section is disconnected from the power supply. Furthermore the control panel is not recognized if it is connected while the control section is powered on. The CSB01.1C-PL-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW - and the drive controller it is part of – are convection cooled and required 0 to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature. The recommended altitude for the controller installation site is 0 to 1000 meters. The transport and storage temperature is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. The devices should only be handled by trained and qualified personnel and should only be deployed for approved applications. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
