The part series of CSB compact converters are production series of Bosch Rexroth Indramat. The CSB series are operational as Control Section units in various applications. As a part of the progress of the automation industry, CSB01 are labeled BASIC UNIVERSAL- Basic 5 in the Control Section range. 01 in CSB01.1C means its Line number is 01 and CSB represents its Product name. You can see 2C, 3C, 4C are also further sequels for CSB01; however we are here talking of CSB01.1C series, marking it as the earliest configurable version. This configured automation traces No Analog transmitting and receiving, but recorded digital input values are between 5 and 8 along 3 digital outputs. You can configure 3 Inputs combined as a digital Input in CSB series.
CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is applicable for Single Axis applications; they can take high overload as well. The power capacity that they can bear is about 200-500 Volts and passed peak current of 75 kW, notably, they take Direct main supplies. The CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW drive controller employs the PROFIBUS Channel which has 9 slots in it as well as it has X30 Connection point with D-Sub type. This is automated by the Standard Control Panel alongside the communication channel via PROFIBUS. Assimilated in the controller, Command values and Actual values are passed to each other in the Interface and they take maximum 32 bytes of data in one way plus the record of least cycle time is 250 µs. This Controller is integrated with one option of Encoder evaluation, applying the IndraDyn with Hiperface/1 Vpp/ TTL. However, the Safety option is not included in this technology. None of the Safety and other Designs are detected in the controller. User has to connect the required Firmware separately to this controller.
