Rexroth Indradrive launched the C series of CSB01 for the Control Sections. CSB01.1C is a Compact Converter and its control section series are ranged in BASIC UNIVERSAL as Basic 5, which features its applicability for single axis configured applications. The CSB is beneficial as it is scalable, consistent and communicative.

CSB is the Product name while its 01 is the Line number. 1C marks that this part number is the earliest version of itself which has configuration options for its applications while PB stands for its PROFIBUS Master Interface. This interface features the cyclical data exchange of command values along actual values with utmost value of 32 bytes per data direction and the least cycle time of 250 µs. This drive controller of CSB01.1C possesses one slot of configurable safety technology while it takes  5-8 number of digital inputs and 0-3 digital signals outputs and no AC inputs and outputs. External Power of about 24 Volts is sent to the converter for its working. Their pulse frequencies are changing according to the type of Power Section used and those cycle times are only chosen among 2 kHz, 4 kHz or 8 kHz.
