Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth CSB01.1C-PB-ENS-MA1-L1-S-NN-FW control section must be allowed to cool for at least 15 minutes after the associated drive controller is switched OFF before touching it. This section is a major part of the drive controller that is used in machine tools. The product handling must be done using suitable equipment for transport and mounting. The device incorporates starting lockout safety technology in compliance with stop category 0 as per EN 60204-1 specifications. This safety technology is implemented at the X41 connecting point of the section by means of a 9-pole female D-Sub connector and does not support bus wiring.
This basic universal product comes with a PROFIBUS master communication module. The module has a connectable terminating resistor that should be active at the first as well as last bus nodes all the time. Its 5V repeater supply output has chances of getting destroyed due to overload. The section has five to eight digital inputs out of which three of them are combined I/Os. The combined I/Os can be configured to function as either digital inputs or digital outputs. The product is equipped with an MA1 optional module that helps in the expansion of the existing number of analog inputs and outputs.
The control section features power consumption of 8W at 24VDC. The power consumption of the section is based on the power consumption of its optional modules. The product portrays isolated inputs/outputs at its X31 and X32 connecting points. These inputs and outputs require a separate power supply and do not utilize the 24V supply of the related power section. The analog input and output channels of the device have 12 bits resolution and a +/-10V voltage rating.
