The CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NN-S-NN-FW is a unique industrial control section designed by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of servo motors by adjusting the input current the motor receives through the power cable. This industrial drive control section is designed under ideal industrial conditions; it features novel industrial-technological features and a modular housing unit that aids the easy installation and maintenance of the industrial motor. This control section also contains a high metal content that makes it possible for operators to recycle the device when it is no longer useful for operation. The CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NN-S-NN-FW features additional components that make it more efficient and cost-effective than conventional industrial devices; these components include a safety technology, control section, a command communication module, and additional components input-output extensions through which the controller can receive digital information from all other parts of the servo system.
The CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control section maintains a closed-loop motor control mechanism; this means it can control and correct any deviation of the industrial motor using the digital signals it receives from the motors encoder in real-time. The housing of this controller contains about five to eight digital input interfaces and about zero to three digital output interfaces. The cycle time used by this controller for current control is about 125 micrometers; however, for velocity control and position control, this industrial controller uses a cycle time of 500 and 1000 micrometers, respectively.
The CSB01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NN-S-NN-FW industrial controller can be operated at three different switching frequencies 2, 4, and 8 kilohertz. The maximum permissible height at which this controller should be operated is about 1000 millimeters above sea level.
