Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a basic universal control section. It is configurable and can be commissioned from a standard control panel. The master communication interface on the device is CANopen/DeviceNet. CANopen is a communication protocol and device profile specification for embedded systems used in automation. DeviceNet is a network protocol used in the automation industry to interconnect control devices for data exchange. Three slots are provided on each CSB01.1C unit. Two of the slots are designated for optional modules and one slot is designated for a safety module. The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW two optional modules which are an encoder IndraDyn with Hiperface support and an analog I/O extension module. The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW does not feature a safety module. The control section functionality is dependent on the installed firmware. The firmware has to be ordered separately.
The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is one component of an IndraDyn drive controller. The other components include a power section, firmware and the control panel. The control section is supplied as part of a completely configured and assembled drive controller. In special circumstances it can be ordered separately. When CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is supplied separately it has to be plugged into the power section. Bosch recommends that only trained personnel should perform the assembly activity. Furthermore the mounting of the CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW onto a power section should not be done more than 20 time. If this recommendation is not followed then either the power section or the control section could get damaged. The control section should be operated under the ambient conditions that are recommended by Bosch. These specified ambient conditions include 0 to 1000 meters altitude, 0 to 40 degrees Celsius temperature and maximum 95% relative humidity. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
