These include servo motors and gearboxes, power units like converters and inverters, and control units like the control sections of the CSB01 series. The control sections in this series are single-axis devices in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range. By design, they are optimized for increased flexibility and are mainly used in applications like machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, handling and mounting systems, and food processing and packaging machines.
The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-EN1-L2-S-NN-FW is a CSB01 control section model designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable Design 1 version of control sections in the CSB01 series. It features a single module for both CANopen and DeviceNet communication options and a standard encoder evaluation interface. Encoder systems like those of the IndraDyn S MSK motors, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface can be connected to the control section thanks to this standard encoder interface. This model is also built with a Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface.
Safe Torque Off is the safety technology option available on the CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-EN1-L2-S-NN-FW. The control section’s standard control panel features a single-line display and four prominent keys for performing numerous functions. Some of these functions are setting the drive address, establishing its position data reference, and initiating the basic load defaults procedure. The compact size of this device makes it easy to mount and dismount from the power section of its drive controller, which it is usually plugged into. The maximum number of times recommended for this is 20. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
