The CS351S-G model is a comprehensive solution for use with ErgoSpin or CC-ErgoSpin handheld nut runners or tightening spindles. The CS compact system is designed to make a connection from the 1-phase AC 110 – 230 V power source having ±10% tolerance and 50/60 Hz of operating frequency. The model operates at the continuous current of 10 A (at 120 V)/ 5.2 A (at 230 V) and it delivers the nominal power of 1200 VA. The CS compact system comes in a compact design having a net weight of 9.9 kg and it should be mounted in the vertical direction. The power consumption by the device is 26 W/ 23 W (with activated screensaver). The model can operate ideally between the temperature range of 0 – 45 degree Celsius and under humid conditions having 20% to 90% of relative humidity (without condensation). The model comes without RCD.
The model CS351S-G is protected by IP 54 protection class which provides resistance against ingress of dust and water splash from all directions. The CS compact system combines a servo amplifier, power supply, TFT display (VGA 640×480) with integrated touch screen, logic complaint with IEC 61131-3, and integrated computer unit. The model is also equipped with a controller and slots for installing optional interface cards. The model has a slot for a Micro-S memory card, status bar (St1, St2), reset button, RS232 interface, 1 DVI interface to connect an external monitor, 3 USB interfaces, 1 Ethernet interface. In a normal operating state, the front panel is covered and it can be removed to connect external devices. The network status is indicated by three LEDs on the front panel. The model is equipped with a built-in battery (3 V lithium cell) for storing the tightening results. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
