The CML75.1-NP-900-NA-NNNN-NW model can only be installed horizontally in a control cabinet and during installation maintain a safe distance from the noise source. The L75.1 controller dissipates its heat to the surrounding air therefore, a safe distance of 100 mm (at top and bottom), and 30 mm (at the sides and front) should be maintained during installation. The model operates at the DC supply voltage of 24V with -15% to +20% of tolerance (without residual ripple). The current consumption of the model is 8 A, and 20 W of power is consumed by the controller while operating between the temperature range of +5 to +55 degree Celsius at the maximum height of 2700 meters above sea level and the further increase in temperature/altitude will result in decreasing the efficiency of the controller. The L75.1 controller uses a 3V lithium battery to protect data in the SRAM memory and the average life of the battery is at least 5 years.

The model CML75.1-NP-900-NA-NNNN-NW comes with a PROFIBUS interface for effective communication between control, drive, motor, and other input/output devices. The model comes with 4 GB built-in DRAM memory which is used by the software and applications. The firmware for this model must be ordered separately. The controller doesn’t provide any resistance against water due to its IP20 protection standard therefore, it should be installed in the control cabinet and the functional grounding is done via a grounding screw which is positioned below the control. The model comes with an optional serial interface and an Ethernet interface. The model can operate ideally between the relative humidity of 5% to 95% and it also provides resistance to the 15 g shocks according to the EN 60068-2-27.
