Designed for up to 4-axes CNC control applications, the CLM01.4-LA1-01V06-MS is a modular and compact CNC based controller from Rexroth Indramat. The combination of a CLM01.4 controller and an AC servo motor is often found in industrial applications including but not limited to: robot devices, linear portals, bending machinery, and packaging machinery. The CLM controller comes with numerous advanced functions eliminating the requirement of an additional programmable logic controller (PLC).
The CLM01.4-LA1-01V06-MS can be operated in manual, parameter, and automatic mode. With this model, you will be able to work with different units including degrees, inches, and millimeters. This controller has the capability of processing as many as 1000 assignments per second. The integrated parallel interface of this device has 88 x user-programmable inputs, 88 x user-programmable outputs, 24 x systems inputs, and 18 x system outputs. The system inputs and outputs are permanent and unalterable. The control interface of this CNC controller has 4 x analog inputs and 4 x analog outputs. You can easily communicate with this controller using your personal computer over the serial interface.
The CLM01.4-LA1-01V06-MS fully supports the Profibus interface as well. The availability of the Fieldbus interface allows swift integration of this device into your existing PROFIBUS control architecture. English is the default language of the digital display of this controller, but it supports various major languages including German, Spanish, Italian, French, and Portuguese. This CNC controller allows you to define hundreds of parameters including gear ratio. You can set a desired gear ratio value by manipulating input revolutions and output revolutions fields. The CLM01.4-LA1-01V06-MS can also be configured to operate in Slave Axis Mode. In this mode, the slave axis follows all the movements of the master axis.
