The CLM series position controllers are known for their high performance, excellent reliability, and minimal maintenance. The CLM01.3-X-0-4-B belongs to the CLM product family. This controller has a modular construction and can be outfitted with different options according to the requirements. It has a 20-button membrane keypad and a four-line LCD display onboard. If needed, both the display and the keypad can be mounted 30 meters away from the main unit. The CLM01.3-X-0-4-B has no option for external hardware and has 4 axes. It has a built-in emergency stop (E-stop) chain which is connected in series to both the user’s machine and the CLM. When any sensor in the E-stop chain opens, all the operations are stopped immediately. It must be noted that the time to stop depends on the wiring method used and the inertia of the motor and load.

The CLM01.3-X-0-4-B has a weight of 6 kg and an allowable ambient temperature range of between 3˚C to 45˚C. To avoid module overheating, it must be installed vertically in a place with sufficient space. This controller has an absolute encoder per axis with a feed rate of between 0.1-99.9%. It must be noted that the feed rate will vary according to the mechanical design of the equipment. The inputs in the CLM01.3-X-0-4-B have a 10 mA current draw at 24 V.
