Product Description
The CLM01.3-A-0-4-0 microprocessor-based positioning control features four axes. This positioning control from Bosch Rexroth is used in AC servo systems where precision motion control is needed. The CLM device is typically used along with a MAC series AC servomotor and a servo amplifier from the same manufacturer. The connection can be done using interconnect cable sets. The unit can be easily operated by keying a simple program using the front panel controls. The operating status messages can be displayed on the control panel in one of the five preset languages selected by the user. The parameters are usually entered when the system is set up. The device is backed by a one-year warranty from Wake Industrial.
The positioning control is used to control AC servo systems for driving positioning devices such as ball-screws. It detects machine faults, errors in the control, operator errors and normal operating status. The product is equipped with a removable firmware that is housed below the keypad. The device supports extensive flexibility in customization for different purposes such as forward-moving-only applications or a backlash. It is equipped with a liquid crystal display. The unit supports panel mounting inside a cabinet with the front panel mounted separately on the surface of the cabinet.
The control device is equipped with a multi-format serial interface for communicating to a programmable logic controller. The unit is intended for mounting parallel to the servo power supply and servo amplifier. It can be mounted on the control cabinet panel with the help of two screws. The device has 37 outputs and 48 inputs. This can be expanded to 51 outputs and 88 inputs. The product incorporates a Motorola 68000 microprocessor, 128K RAM and 256K EPROM. The modular design makes the replacement and installation of any component easy. The displayed diagnostic messages help in easy troubleshooting.
