Product Description
The CLC-V02.1C-FW controller comes to you from the famous name of Bosch Rexroth Indramat and is a highly efficient fiber optic-based Multi-Axis Motion Control Coordinating circuit. These controllers essentially come in three main series – the CLC-V, CLC-P, and CLC-D, each meant to be used in different architectural environments. As its part number nomenclature suggests, the CLC-V02.1C-FW belongs to the CLC-V series and is meant to be used in the VME bus architecture. By nature, CLC cards are plugged into the specific Indramat drives to deliver an easy and efficient motion control solution.
The Indramat CLC-V02.1C-FW motion control cards are completely compatible with an extensive range of power applications. Not only the specialized equipment but also they can be used for the in-line drives that are a part of the day to day operations involving motion control like the multi-axis automated line shafts. At the same time, they are ideal for and complex precision control signals used in the robotics.
The CLC-V02.1C-FW is designed with multi-functional motion control of the entire system and hence has a number of ports that offer easy connectivity. The Port A has been configured for performing the main function of response to the ASCII CLC Host Protocol while the Port B facilitates as the interface port and is configured to respond to Teach Pendant, Host Protocol, or another similar interface. When used as a serial interface it is compatible with the EIA RS-232C which makes it easy to support signals for AT as well as XT type Host computer. Its default parameters in the running mode include a 9600 baud rate with 8 bits data per character and 1 stop bit with no parity. It has a SERCOS port which is utilized for a daisy-chained installation in a SERCOS fiber-optic circuit.
