Product Description
CLC-D 1.1 motion control hardware units are built to be compatible with a plentiful array of Bosch Rexroth Indramat industrial products. The CLC designation refers to a series of components that can enhance other Bosch Rexroth Indramat equipment with additional motion control features, such as the capability to define motion patterns on multiple axes and time each relative to the others. In some applications, the CLC-D 1.1 card is capable of controlling up to 40 individual axes of motion. It accomplishes this feat with its processing rate of 25.0 Megahertz, more than sufficient to, in unison with other Indramat equipment, handle large assembly or fabrication operations.
The CLC-D 1.1 control unit occupies only one drive slot in the versatile equipment Bosch Rexroth Indramat produces, meaning that it can be combined in numerous configurations in order to complete any project you can imagine. Featuring SERCOS fiber optic communication hardware for breakneck input and output speed, as well as the resilience to environmental conditions typical of Indramat hardware, you can count on the CLC-D 1.1 to keep things exactly the way you set them to be.
Need it to operate in a 45 degrees Celsius room with a relative humidity of 95%? You’d still be within manufacturer tolerances for this robust device. The software used with this product is a proprietary programming language built on Windows architecture known as Visual Motion, which provides extreme ease of use and a high-utility kit of management options. All of the above, and more, is accomplished in real time using a mere 5 Volts DC and 800 milliAmps of power, something Bosch Rexroth Indramat digital servo drives are already configured to provide through their customization card slots.
