Product Description

The CFL01.1-E2 is a function model manufactured by Rexroth. The unit features fast input and output that allows for quick input and output signals. This module is equipped with a total of 8 inputs that are preconfigured. 8 outputs are considered to be freely configurable. There are an additional 8 channels that can be configured as either inputs or outputs. Typical delays on inputs are 45 μs and the typical delays on the output are 70 μs.

The Rexroth CFL01.1-E2 function model can be used for the modular expansion of any CML control. It is equipped with IP20 protection type. This rating indicates that the unit is safe to “touch by fingers”. The unit can withstand basic touch and is protected against rudimentary dust.

The CFL01.1-E2 unit from Rexroth can survive in ambient temperatures ranging from +5 to +55°C. It can operate in relative humidity ranging from 5% to 95%. The inputs on the unit use 1 wire technology for connectivity. It utilizes a V DC 24 sensor supply and the input voltage ranges from < 5 low level to >11 high levels. The outputs on the unit also use 1 wire technology for connectivity. It uses a 24 V DC output voltage with a rated output current of 500 mA and a lamp load of 5 W. Outputs have a protection size of SG1 (6.2 W). The CFL01.1-E2 from Rexroth will consume 0.3 W of power and is UL 508 certified. This is a standard certification for safety for devices rated less than 1500 volts.  The unit is made for use according to the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code.
