An alternative communication bus system used by the control section is PROFIBUS. It features three multi-encoder interfaces on its two axes and Safe Motion interfaces on its safety technology axes. A standard control panel featuring a single-line display is also present on the CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-PB-S4-S4-EC-NN-FW. This control panel serves as a programming module and displays relevant information such as warnings, error codes, and operating states. The control section is classified as a C3 product based on IEC 61800-3 standards, along with other members of the Rexroth IndraDrive system. It is not recommended for use on a public low-voltage network that supplies residential areas as high-frequency radio interference may be produced.
