Product Description
Born from a rich engineering heritage, drive products designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth feature futuristic drive and motion control technology for more productive work. As an industry leader, Bosch Rexroth ensures that these products offer users hitch-free operations with additional features that facilitate easy installation and simple handling. Control sections in the CDB02 line display these features in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are double-axis control sections with extended scope interface equipment used for the control and monitoring of electrical motors. They are designed to be used with HMD01 power sections, also manufactured by Bosch Rexroth.
To interact with its drive system, the CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW is equipped with Multi-Ethernet as its communication bus system. An added benefit of this bus system is that the drive controller can be used with other ethernet bus systems like PROFINET IO, sercos III, Ether CAT, and Ethernet/IP. It also features multi-encoder interfaces along axes 1 and 2 and a standard control panel for commissioning the device and running diagnostics. The maximum inrush current of the CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW is 5A and its maximum pulse width is 1ms.
The CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW supports the use of firmware but they must be ordered as a separate subposition. Because it has a compact design, it enhances easy installation and integration with other components of the Rexroth IndraDrive system. It should be noted that the risk of damage to the control section increases with frequent mounting and dismounting. Hence, it is recommended that it should not be mounted and dismounted more than 20 times. It can also cause high-frequency interference when used in public networks supplying residential areas and requires line filters to resolve this. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
