Product Description
The CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EC-SB-SB-EC-NN-FW is a new generation industrial drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to carry out automation control in the industrial servo system accurately. The unique design of this industrial controller allows it to carry out both single-phase and multi-phase control operations in the industrial servo system. The controller contains a high metal content; thus, it can be easily recycled once its usefulness as a drive controller has been exhausted. The housing of this controller is designed with several industrial interfaces through which the controller connects to all parts of the industrial servo system. Although this controller is perfectly safe for industrial application under ideal operation conditions, it can initiate dangerous movements in the electrical motor when operated with the wrong wring operation or configured with the wrong parameters.
The housing of the CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EC-SB-SB-EC-NN-FW controller is manufactured with durable materials that can effectively prevent the interference of large solid materials with the smooth operation of the controller. This controller generates an electromagnetic field during operation; thus, persons waring sensitive devices such as hearing aids, cardiac pacemakers, and metal implants should not be allowed to move near the controller as the electromagnetic field can interfare with the operation of these medical devices.
The CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EC-SB-SB-EC-NN-FW controller operates with closed-loop control; it uses the digital signals it receives from the industrial motor to independently correct any deviation of the motor from the predetermined operating parameters. The controller also contains special light-emitting diodes that the industrial operator can use to monitor the operational status of the industrial controller. This controller is free of asbestos, mercury, PCB, and chlorinated hydrocarbons; thus, it is perfectly safe for industrial application. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
