The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is housed inside the power section of a drive controller. This module does not incorporate harmful materials like asbestos, mercury and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Its connection points feature screw terminal blocks and spring terminals. The circuit board of the unit has a power consumption of 9W at 24VDC. The product features two terminal connectors with 0V and 24V voltage ratings at the power section. The module is fitted with a standard control panel. The control section can be dispatched to any destination across the globe through a reliable vendor team.
The digital outputs of the control section must not be operated near low-resistance sources. The standard control panel can be used to perform several functions like setting the analog outputs and setting the drive address. It must not be disconnected from or connected to the module when the drive controller is in the ON state. The Hiperface/1Vpp encoder has a power consumption of 6W, a typical voltage rating of 11.6V and a maximum output current rating of 500mA. The analog inputs and digital outputs conform to IEC 61131 standards. The SERCOS interface is fitted with a distortion LED.
The parallel mounting of the analog input and digital inputs of the control section help to lower the input resistance present in the analog input. The SERCOS interface can be mounted on the Option MC slot of the control section. This section is usually not available separately as an individual unit. The X2 connection point supports the connection of an RS232 serial interface. The drive controller that comprises the module is used in machine tools as well as mounting and handling systems.
