The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is a configurable control section designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth in the CDB01 series. It is built with a SERCOS communication module that allows it to communicate with high-level control units using fiber optic cables. It also features two standard encoder evaluation interfaces and an Analog I/O extension. Both standard encoder evaluation interfaces allow encoders like the encoders of MSK (IndraDyn S) servo motors and the sin-cos encoders with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1 to be connected to the control section. The Analog I/O extension works by increasing the number of analog channels and providing analog channels of better resolution.
The Safety Technology I/O module of the CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW control section allows application-related safety functions like safety-related reduced speed and safety-related direction of motion. Its standard control panel has a single-line display on which the machine’s operating states, errors, and warnings can be viewed. The control panel also performs functions like navigating the device’s error memory, setting the drive address and analog inputs, and establishing the motor’s position data reference. Its applications include handling and mounting systems, food packaging and processing machines, paper processing machines, and machine tools.
