Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is known for manufacturing state-of-the-art solutions in the motion, and logic industry applied across different industries. One of their several innovations is the IndraDrive controllers, consisting of two essential elements, the power section, and the control section. The control sections are separate components of the drive controller designed to be plugged into the power section; they are usually a part of the drive controller but are occasionally purchased separately. The control sections by Bosch Rexroth are designed for use in single and multi-axis drive and control tasks.
The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable BASIC UNIVERSAL control section with double axes by Bosch Rexroth. It is used in different handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing, paper processing machines, and machine tools. Its communication is via the SERCOS interface, which runs via fiber optic cables purchased from Rexroth Indramat. It is equipped with a standard control panel used to commission the SERCOS interface. The control panel is used to set the drive address and the field bus transmission rate of the SERCOS interface.
With optional modules for standard encoder evaluations, the CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-S2-S-NN-FW is used for encoder systems of IndraDyn S motors with a 12 V power supply and for evaluating resolver and encoder systems like the HSF interface used in MKD, MKE, and MHD motors. Its safety technology is safe motion which allows different application-related safety functions. Some of its safety functions include emergency stop, safe maximum speed, safely-limited speed, safely-limited increment, safe direction, safely-monitored position, safely-limited position, safe homing procedure, safe braking and holding system, safely-monitored deceleration, safe communication, among others. The permissible operating temperature range of the CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-S2-S-NN-FW is 0 – 40 oC. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
