Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s drive and motion control devices are designed to feature state-of-the-art technology for highly efficient work. The drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system by the manufacturer feature power sections and control sections like those in the CDB family. They are double-axis control sections with a variety of interfaces to enhance their flexibility.
The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-NNN-ENS-S1-S-NN-FW is a model of the double-axis control sections in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range of devices by Bosch Rexroth. This Version 1 CDB control section is configurable and features a SERCOS interface. The use of SERCOS in the connection of the drive controller to high-level control units requires fiber optic cables. As a result, real-time data can be exchanged securely and quickly between both units and with minimal wiring. There are two standard encoder evaluation interfaces in this control section, and they support the connection of encoder systems with a 12V supply voltage. Examples of these encoders are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the MSK motor encoder.
Another interface on the CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-NNN-ENS-S1-S-NN-FW is an encoder evaluation interface for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Its safety module is Safety Technology I/O, and this provides application-related safety functions, such as safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, and safety-related reduced speed. Using the standard control panel on this control section, the data rate and transmission power of its SERCOS module can be set. Additional functions of the user panel include navigation of the error memory, initiation of the basic load defaults procedure, and establishment of the position data reference. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
