The Bosch Rexroth drive controllers are sophisticated drive control units designed to regulate and track the operation of electrical motors. In general, the drive controllers make up the IndraDrive drive system, a world-class system with a wide range of applications. The drive controller comprises a control section and a power section, with the control section plugged into the power section. It enables the drive controller to adapt to different applications. The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-ENS-EN2-S1-S-NN-FW is a configurable control unit designed for double-axis operation. It is a BASIC UNIVERSAL control section that features a SERCOS interface as a communication module. Also, it is commissioned using a standard control panel, which features a single-line display and is operated using four robust keys. The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-ENS-EN2-S1-S-NN-FW is also equipped with a standard encoder interface which allows the connection of encoder systems such as the sin-cos encoder(1Vpp) with reference track, the MSK Indradyn S encoder, and the sin-cos encoder( 1Vpp) with Hiperface interface. Typical of CDB01 control sections, this control section features four combined I/Os, which function as digital inputs or digital outputs.
A safety technology I/O module on the CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN2-ENS-EN2-S1-S-NN-FW enables the execution of application-related specific functions. These include safety-related standstill, safety drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, and so on. For its operations, this control section permits the application of firmware. Also, it has an encoder evaluation interface, a D sub-type interface suited for encoders that requires a supply voltage of 5V.
