The CDB01 control sections are made out of state-of-the-art technology and are designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operations. They are developed to be used in single and multi-axis drive and control tasks. The control sections in this series are distinct from one another based on their configurability, available interfaces, and pulse frequencies. Their areas of application include handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW is a BASIC UNIVERSAL configurable double-axis control section with the SERCOS interface as its master communication. It is equipped with an analog input-output extension which is made up of two differential analog input channels and two analog output channels. This extension equips the control section with analog channels of better resolution. It also has two encoder evaluation interfaces for encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Its safety technology I/O allows different application-related safety functions, including safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, and safety-related direction of motion.
A standard control panel with a single line display is a part of the CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-MA1-S1-S-NN-FW. It is used to set the drive address of the SERCOS interface and the field transmission rate. The standard control panel also shows the operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. It functions with firmware used for reading and storing relevant data and is purchased as a separate sub-item. The control section should be operated at an ambient temperature of 40°C, relative humidity of 95%, and set up 1000 m above sea level. It is supplied by the terminal connections 24V and 0V at its power section. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
