Product Description
Bosch Rexroth's drive controllers are designed to control and monitor the operations of motors. They are components of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system suited to single and multi-axis drive and control operations. A drive controller is made up of a control section and a power section. Controls sections present variations in their configurability and available interfaces; hence they allow specific uses of the drive controllers in various machines. These include packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, handling and mounting systems, and machine tools.
The CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW is a double-axis control section in the CDB01 series. It is a configurable model in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range and uses a SERCOS interface as a communication technology. This control section has a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 1000μs, and its velocity cycle times are 250μs and 500μs. It also has four combined I/Os, which can function as a digital input or digital output. Encoder systems that require a supply voltage of 5V are connected via the encoder evaluation interface. This is a D-sub interface with 15 poles built to transmit different signals.
An in-built analog I/O extension in the CDB01.1C-SE-EN2-EN2-NNN-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW allows for two differential analog input channels and two analog output channels, which all have a 12-bit resolution. Like other CDB01 control sections, its pulse switching frequencies are 2kHz, 4kHz, and 8kHz. This control section is commissioned with a standard control panel which must be connected before switching on the drive controller. To prevent electric shock, it features Protective Extra-Low voltage systems (PELV), which allow for the connection of devices with basic insulation such as personal computers, notebooks, and so on. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
