The Bosch CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. It is the component of IndraDrive controllers that performs all the processing-related functions. IndraDrive controllers are deployed for control of industrial motors in commercial applications. Each controller has two main components which are a power section and a control section. Multiple categories of control sections are available including economy, basic and advanced. The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S- NN-FW belongs to the basic universal category. The power section on the controller incorporates that control section. Each power section has connections for the mains voltage connection, motor connection, 24 Volts connection, DC bus connection and module bus connection. The control section is a component that mounts on the power section. It consists of a basic control section board with interfaces and slots for optional modules.
IndraDrive controllers are usually supplied with a factory-installed and configured control section. Only trained personnel should be permitted to replace control sections. If a control section fails, then it can be replaced by a working unit. To prevent hardware damage, Bosch has put a limit on the number of times that a control section can be removed or mounted onto a power section: this limit is set to 20. To ensure proper removal and installation, only technical personnel who are specially trained for this activity should dismount or mount the control section onto a compatible power section. The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW includes five plug in modules. It comes with a safety module that supports safety technology I/O. The control section also includes two encoder HSF / RSF modules, one encoder emulation module and one encoder EnDat 2.1 module. The CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN1-EN2-MEM-S1-S-NN-FW can be configured from a standard control panel. The control section firmware has to be ordered as a separate subposition. Master communication interface on the unit is SERCOS. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
