The CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is a BASIC UNIVERSAL configurable double-axis control section in the CDB 01 series. It is an essential part of the IndraDrive controller and requires the power section to function. It is a separate component that is plugged into the power section. It is typically supplied with the drive controller but occasionally delivered separately. It can be mounted and dismounted, however, this should not be done more than a maximum of 20 times. Its safety technology is Safe Torque Off which prevents it from starting unexpectedly.
The master communication of the CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is via the SERCOS 3 interface, an Ethernet-based communication. It has a wide range of applications such as handling and mounting systems, Packaging, and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and Machine tools. It has two optional modules for encoder systems of IndraDyn S motors (MSK motors) with a 12 V supply. It also has an encoder evaluation module for the Emulation of absolute and incremental encoders in SSI format.
The CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is equipped with a standard control panel with a single line display and four keys to commission the master communication and carry out extended diagnosis and trigger simple commands. The single-line display shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. Its power consumption consists of components for the basic equipment and the optional equipment. The control section is supplied by power from the terminal connectors 24 V at the power section. Its connections are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. Spring terminals can be wired with wire ends equipped with or without ferrules, while screw terminal blocks are wired with wire ends with ferrules.
