Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a leading company in the maintenance and upgrades of contemporary industrial automation assemblies. Bosch is well-known for delivering high-quality industrial tools at a low cost.
The CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW model is a component of a basic universal single-axis drive controller intended for use in machine tools, handling, and installation systems in sectors such as printing, packaging, and food processing. The CDB01.1 control section is made up of stranded wire with a diameter of 0.75 to 1.50mm and a PROFIBUS master communication module. The drive controller is made up of two main sections: a power section and a control section. The control section is a distinct component that is coupled to the power section. The model has a single analog input and two analog outputs. The cycle time function allows you to control the velocity between 250 and 500 microseconds, the current between 125 and 1000 microseconds, and the position between 500 and 1000 microseconds. The CDB01.1 control section is configurable and comes with a standard control panel, an IndraDyn/hiperface encoder option 1, and L1 (starting lockout) safety technology. The model is an important component of the Rexroth Indramat driving system, and it features an analog extension option 4.
The model CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW physical dimensions are 49.5 mm (depth) 103 mm (width) x 322.6 mm (height). When driven by a 24 volt DC source, the drive controller consumes 9 W of power and has a maximum pulse width of 60 milliseconds. The control section has four digital outputs with user-configurable parameters and one relay contact. The model (CDB01.1C-S3-ENS-ENS-EN2-MA1-NN-S-NN-FW) features a minimum SERCOS cycle duration of 1000 microseconds and, as an option 3, an EnDat 2.1 encoder. The drive controller is frequently delivered in conjunction with the control section; however, in unusual circumstances, control sections may be sent separately. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
