The control panel provides an easy option for data input. The control unit comes with the RS232 interface option which can be upgraded to the RS485 standard. The fibre optic cable is also used for linking the Sercos interface with this model. The device is also provided with a universal safety adapter that makes the control unit secure. Using the adapter, the D-sub connection can be converted to a terminal connection for connecting optional modules using a bus connection.
