Product Description
The CDB01 control section series is a collection of control sections in the BASIC UNIVERSAL range. These control sections are components of drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive system. In general, configured drive controllers enable motors to perform particular functions. Drive controllers also present different drive power and interfaces that enable application-specific use. Typical uses of CDB01 units include packaging and food machines, printing and paper processing machinery, handling and mounting systems, and machine tools.
The CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-ENS-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW is a configurable, double-axis control section. Its communication module is SERCOS III which is compatible with ready-made cables such as RKB0011 and RKB0013. Its interfaces include an encoder evaluation interface and a standard encoder system. Encoder systems with a supply voltage of 5 V, such as Sin-Cos encoder (1Vpp) with sense lines and Sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, are evaluated via the Encoder Evaluation Interface. The standard encoder interface allows the connection of Sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with a high-performance interface, 5V-TTL square wave encoder with a reference track, and other encoder systems that require a supply voltage of 12 volts.
The CDB01.1C-S3-EN2-ENS-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW has a standard control panel with a single-line display that shows spending warnings, command and error diagnoses, and operating states. The standard control panel enables functions such as establishing transmission power, accessing error memory, creating the power data reference, etc. It uses safe motion as its safety technology. This safe motion technology allows for various application-related safety functions such as safe maximum speed, safely-limited speed, safe direction, safe door locking, and so on. In operating this control section, the use of firmware is allowed. Although, it is to be ordered separately from the main unit. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
