The CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-NNN-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW control section manufactured by Bosch Rexroth features two axes. The basic universal section can be configured according to the requirements. The product is an integral component of the manufacturer’s drive controller. The device belongs to the CDB product group of such offerings. The unit uses a PROFIBUS module for master communication. This module is fitted onto the control section through a 9-pin female D-Sub connector at the X30 connecting point. This module has a signal voltage of 5V +/*-10% and a maximum repeater supply current of 75mA. Its repeater supply output has chances of getting destroyed due to overload.
The drive controller comprising the control section helps to control as well as monitor the functioning of the associated motor. This section has an H1 interface for fitting the standard control panel. This control panel does not support a hot plug and must not be connected to or removed from the control section after turning ON the drive controller. This basic universal control section has several digital inputs and outputs in adherence to IEC 61131, Type 1 specifications. Its PROFIBUS connector features a connectable terminating resistor. This resistor should be active all the time at the first and last bus nodes. The section comprises a dedicated slot for inserting a memory card.
The product has one Normally Open relay contact. This device features two digital inputs that can function as one analog voltage input. The unit portrays two current control, velocity control and position control cycle times. It comes with a RS 232 serial interface at the connecting point. The serial interface helps in programming, parameterizing and diagnosing the section when it is being commissioned and/or serviced. The PROFIBUS module fitted onto the section has a 2W power consumption rating. It is possible to dispatch the control section to anywhere across the world with its one-year warranty period.
