The CDB01.1C-PB-EN1-EN1-NNN-MEM-NN-S-NN-FW control section is meant to be used only when there is no extreme temperature fluctuation. This Bosch Rexroth double-axis section has one normally open relay contact with a pickup delay of 10ms and a dropout relay of 10ms. The product features components that are not suitable for use in public low-voltage mains supplying the residential area. The drive controller encompassing the device is meant to be operated only when the application adheres to the national EMC regulations. The electrical connection points of the components in the control section are not meant to be touched when the power is switched ON.
This control section has to be disconnected from electrical power during or cleaning and/or maintenance work as well as long periods of non-usage. The product should always be touched only after about half an hour of it being turned OFF so that it cools down completely. The device mounting and handling actions have to be done using suitable equipment. Its sixth and seventh digital inputs are mounted parallel to the first analog input to lower the low input resistance. The relay contact features a ready-for-operation factory setting. It has a 1A current rating and a 24VDC voltage rating.
The product has three I/Os that come with factory settings to function as travel range limit switches and a home switch. The device utilizes a MEM interface to emulate incremental encoder and absolute value signals for further evaluation through a control unit. The signals generated by this interface do not need an external power supply and are isolated galvanically from the circuit board. The section should always be properly and correctly mounted, installed, transported and stored for its safe and optimum operation.
