Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive controllers are designed to monitor and control the function of electrical motors. Additional sensors and instruments are required to monitor these controllers according to the machine it is used for. Before commissioning the drive controllers, proper installation is important to ensure the motor functions in sync with the task. Some major applications of these drive controllers are food packaging machines, manufacturing of machine tools, printing, and paper processing machines etc. They are not designed to operate in extreme temperatures and they are not waterproof. The drive controller consists of various drive plates which have one component in it marked by a type designation along with a type plate attached to it.
The firmware type plate accommodates a firmware, which must be separately procured if required. The master communication of this control section is done through PROFINET field bus which provides data communication through Industrial Ethernet. The Option 1 and Option 2 ports are supported by IndraDrive, Hyperface or 1Vpp Encoder. The CDB01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW model does not support Option 3 and 4 ports or any other external design. The standard control panel is a single line which is not suitable for a hot plug. Before turning on or off the control panel, it is mandatory to ensure that the drive controller is not running. It is ideal to plug it in before switching on the device so that it can be easily detected by the controller.
To obtain the extended diagnosis of the CDB01.1C-ET-ENS-ENS-NNN-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW drive controller , plug in the control panel along with the master communication via NC controller unit. The memory card in this controller is not under the standard scope and a standard Multimedia Card is inserted to read and store the data information. This product is available from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
