This controller features a durable housing unit that can effectively protect the motor's internal components from the interference of solid materials with an eternal diameter higher than 12 millimeters. The CDB01.1C-ET-EN2-EN2-EN2-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW industrial drive controller features a user-friendly control panel made up of a single line display unit and about four pressure-sensitive keys. This drive controller connects to the industrial motor through two major electrical cables, the power cable and the motor feedback cable; these cables must be wired separately from each other to prevent electrical interference. This drive controller operates with an encoder that requires a supply voltage of about 5 volts. The drive controller contains an optional multimedia card, PFM02.1, which is used for reading and storing the configuration parameters sent into the housing of the controller through the pressure-sensitive keys on the control panel.
The permissible ambient temperature range for this industrial drive controller operation falls between 0 to about 45 degrees Celsius; however, if the controller is not required for immediate operation, it can be stored at a temperature as high as 75 degrees celsius.
