Product Description
The ADP asynchronous motors from Bosch Rexroth are three-phase induction motors designed to be used as rotary main or servo drive motors. They are used in machine tools, printing and paper processing machines, packaging and food processing machines, and forming machines. The ADP motors are designed for drive combinations with the POWERDRIVE series from Bosch Rexroth. They are available in a power range of up to 37.7 kW for application-specific functions.
The motor feedback of the ADP164B-B35OL1-DS0H-D2N1 is the digital servo feedback - an incremental rotary encoder for position accuracy and machining speed. It uses the recommended output shaft, allowing for friction-locked backlash-free shaft connection that runs with excellent smoothness. It uses the standard deep ball groove bearings, which support low to medium radial and axial forces, is ideal for high speeds, and runs quietly. It is equipped with a temperature sensor built into its windings to prevent damage from overheating.
The ADP164B-B35OL1-DS0H-D2N1 has power and encoder connections that are flange sockets to be connected to the motor housing; in addition to the flange socket, the power connection has a bayonet lock. Cables used for the motor should be purchased from Rexroth Indramat, which is highly resilient and approved by the EMC. Connections between 5 V and 50 V in the motor are protective extra-low voltage which protects against electric shock. It must be operated with an axial fan, and cooling takes place by air currents guided over the motor’s surface by air baffles. It should be used between an ambient temperature range of 0 degrees C to 40 degrees C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95 %. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
